In two weeks, what will you do? what can you do?
The show "Two weeks 투윅스" keeps you on the edge of your seat throughout the whole drama. Each and every episode is interesting and fast moving. It leaves you no time to blink or turn your head away. It's a show that will make your feelings flow. There are times when you might feel frustrated, touched, sad etc etc.
The show depicts how a man (Lee Joon-Gi) lives his life meaninglessly. He is falsely accused of murder. The man learns that he has a young daughter stricken with leukemia. For the next two weeks, he struggles to save his daughter. And can you belief that a DIGITAL CAMERA can play a big role?
ALL the main female actresses did a great job in portraying their characters - from the fragile and adorable Soo-Jin, who will survive and have a future, only to suffer from living apart her dad... to angry "lone wolf" prosecutor who keeps on doing mistakes, while learning to trust and accept others' help ... finally to In-Hye who goes from dreamy, naive girl to mom and mature woman ... Ah -- also the baddie :) - congresswoman Jo, who kept on switching from hypocrite sweet talk to predator-like lines ... great job everyone!!
It is very hear warming to witness a great love of a father to his daughter, a man to his (ex) wife. Where true love exists, it can really conquer the world! It's not a happily ever after, not a cliche ending. But i wished they made more scenes about the endings of other characters. I was hoping for more actually.
Anyway... Great K-Drama and good actors.... Heartwarming and thrilling... worth to be watched... with a talented sweet kid..

On April 5, 2007, a couple married in a church. At first glance, it was a typical wedding. The bride, however, was suffering from late-stage breast cancer and had been given only a month to live. Great movie based on a true story. It shows how love should be! Sad. But at least true love was experienced. Not many of us ever get lucky or blessed to be able to find OUR TRUE LOVE! The movie brings you a gentle breeze of heaven. The plot is not too complicated. Or rather, it is simple but Matusada Shota's character brightens the film. Plus a happy ending. The film leaves you a gentle warm feeling inside. A great escape after work or from a tired and stress time.

Back in the house with １リットルの涙
Helllo!!!!
I know, I know. I've been away for a looonnnngggg time.
Lots of things have happened during the time I am gone.
However, lazy to spit the whole story.
Anyway, today's topic will be J movies!
J movies = Japanese movies
Lately, I've been into J movies.
J movies can be eerie, horrifying and disgusting.
However, the ones I'm looking for or is into are those enriching and touching.
The J movie I will be recommending today will be 1 liters of tears. １リットルの涙
It is indeed 1 liters of tears!
I cried buckets while watching it.
Maybe I'm easily emotional.
but I think I cried more than "1 litres of tears" here!
You may realize how valuable each day of life is and when we fall, we can try to get back up!
Though it may not be the same, at least we've tried, we've been brave.
What's more! This is based on a true story!
I've watched it more than once and each time, tears just falls down naturally.
There is a drama version to it as well.
Wonder what is the story like?
Wanna know a bit of it first before plunging into the heart-moving scenes?
Here goes.....
This beautifully moving movie/drama is based on the real-life struggles of a 15-year-old girl named Aya who suffered from an incurable disease.
But she lived life to the fullest until her death at 25.
The script is based on the diary Aya kept writing until she could no longer hold a pen.
The book that later followed entitled “One Litre of Tears" has sold over 1.1 million copies in Japan alone.
Fifteen year old Ikeuchi Aya was just a normal girl, soon to be high school student and daughter of a family who works at a shop that makes tofu.
As time passed, unusual things started happening to Aya lately.
She started falling down often and walks in a strange way.
Her mother Shioka, takes Aya to see the doctor, and he informs Shioka that Aya has spinocerebellar degeneration - a terrible disease where the cerebellum of the brain gradually deteriorates to the point where the victim cannot walk, speak, write, or eat.
A cruel disease, as it does not affect the mind in the least.
How will Aya react when told about her disease? And how will Aya live from now on? I won't leak the story anymore. Watch the movie / drama to find out!
